They'll probably be a couple of different sessions - I'm (Ben) planning on 5M threshold, think Andy might be doing intervals of some description. Saturday 09 February - 9am Wollaton Park easy 7.5 mile run for 1 hour, meet at St. Leonard's Avenue, Wollaton .
